Welcome to Loudove This Privacy Policy applies to the Loudove service (the "Platform"), including the Loudove application, website, software and related services accessed through any platform or device linked to this Privacy Policy. The Platform is provided and controlled by Loudove Pte. Ltd. whose registered office is at 1 Raffles Quay, #26-10, South Tower, Singapore 048583 ("Loudove", "we", "us" or "our"). " or "we").
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and otherwise handle personal information about users and other individuals in connection with our Platform. If you do not agree to this policy, you should not use the Platform.
What information do we collect
We may collect the following information from you:
Information you provide
Your Profile Information. You provide us with information when you register on the Platform, including your username, password, date of birth (if applicable), email address and/or phone number, information you disclose in your user profile, and your photo or profile video.
User Content. We process content that you generate on the Platform, including photos, audio and video that you upload or create, comments, subject tags, feedback, ratings and livestreams that you make, as well as related metadata such as when, where and by whom the content was created ("User Content"). Even if you are not a User, information about you may appear in User Content created or posted by Users on the Platform. We collect User Content by preloading it when it is created, imported or uploaded, whether you choose to save or upload that User Content, in order to recommend audio options and provide other personalized recommendations. If you apply an effect to your User Content, we may collect a version of the User Content that does not contain the effect.
Messages. We collect information that you provide when you compose, send or receive messages through the Platform's messaging features. These messages include messages you send or receive through our chat feature when communicating with a merchant who sells you an item, and messages you send or receive using a virtual assistant when purchasing an item through the Platform. These messages include the content of the message and information about the message, such as when the message was sent, received or read, and who was involved in the message. Please note that messages you choose to send to other users of the Platform will be accessed by those users, and we are not responsible for the way those users use or share the messages.
We may access the content in your device's clipboard, including text, images, and videos, with your permission. For example, if you choose to share content with a third-party platform or choose to paste content from your clipboard into a platform, we may access this information stored in your clipboard to fulfill your request.
Purchase Information. When you make a purchase or payment on or through the Platform, including when you purchase Loudove Coins or purchase an item through our shopping features, we collect information about the purchase or payment transaction, such as payment card information, billing, shipping and contact information, and the item(s) you purchased.
Your Phone and Social Network Contacts. If you choose to synchronize your phone contacts, we will access and collect information such as name, phone number, and email address and match this information with existing users of the Platform. If you choose to share your social network contacts, we will collect your public profile information as well as the names and profiles of your social network contacts.
Proof of your identity or age. We sometimes ask for proof of your identity or age in order to use certain features, such as live streaming or verified accounts, or to ensure that you are old enough to use the Platform when you apply for a business account, or in other cases where verification may be required.
Information in communications you send us, including when you contact us for support or feedback.
Information obtained through surveys, studies, promotions, contests, marketing activities, challenges, competitions or events conducted or sponsored by us in which you participate.
Information collected automatically
Usage Information. We collect information about your use of the Platforms, such as how you use the Platforms, including how you interact with the content we show you, the advertisements you view, the videos you watch and the problems you encounter, your browsing and search history, the content you like, the content you have saved to your "Favorites," the users you follow, and how you interact with co-followers.
Inferred Information. We also infer attributes about you, including your interests, gender and age range, in order to personalize content.
Technical Information We Collect About You. We collect certain information about the devices you use to access the Platform, such as your IP address, user agent, mobile carrier, time zone settings, advertising identifier, device model number, device system, network type, device ID, screen resolution and operating system, application and file names and types, keystroke patterns or cadence, battery status, audio settings, and connected audio devices. When you log in from more than one device, we will be able to use your profile information to recognize your activity on each device. We may also associate you with information collected from devices other than the device you use to log into the Platform.
Location Information. We collect information about your general location, including location information based on your SIM card and/or IP address. With your permission, we may also collect precise location data (e.g., GPS). In addition, we collect location information (such as tourist attractions, stores, or other points of interest) if you choose to add it to your User Content.
Image and Audio Information. We may collect information about the video, images, and audio in your User Content, such as identifying the objects and scenes that appear, the presence and location of facial and physical features and attributes in the images, the nature of the audio, and the text of the words spoken in your User Content. We may collect this information to enable special video effects, content review, demographic categorization, content and advertising recommendations, and other non-personally identifiable operations.
Cookies. We and our service providers and business partners use cookies and other similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, flash cookies, etc.) ("Cookies") to automatically collect information to measure and analyze how you use the Platform, including which pages you view most often and how you interact with content. pages and how you interact with content, to enhance your experience on the Platform, to improve the Platform, to provide you with advertisements, and to measure the effectiveness of advertisements and other content. We and our partners also use cookies to promote the Platform on other platforms and websites.Cookies enable the Platform to offer certain features and functionality. We may obtain the information described in this Privacy Policy from other sources, such as:
If you choose to use third-party social network account information (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google) or login services to register for or use the Platform, you will provide or allow to be provided to us your username, public profile, and other possible information associated with such accounts. We will likewise share certain information with your social networks, such as your application ID, access token, and referring URL, and if you link your Loudove account to another service, we may receive information about your use of that service.
Advertisers, surveyors, and other partners share information with us about you and actions you take outside of the Platform, such as your activity on other websites and apps or in stores, including products or services you purchase online or in person. These partners also share information with us, such as mobile identifiers for advertising purposes, hashed email addresses and phone numbers, and cookie identifiers, which we use to help match you and your actions outside of the Platform to your Loudove account. Some of our advertisers and other partners do this by integrating our Loudove advertiser tools (e.g., Loudove Pixel).
We may obtain information about you from certain affiliated entities within our corporate group, including your activities on their platforms.
We may receive information about you from others, including as contained or referred to in your user content, direct messages, complaints, grievances, requests or feedback submitted to us, or contact information you provide to us. We may collect information about you from other publicly available sources.
We may receive information about you from merchants and payment and transaction fulfillment providers, such as payment confirmation details, and information about the delivery of products you purchase through our shopping features.
How we use your information
As described below, we use your information to improve, support and administer the Platform, to allow you to use its features, and to fulfill and enforce our Terms of Service. We may also use your information to personalize the content you see on the Platform, promote the Platform, and customize your advertising experience, among other things. We typically use the information we collect in the following ways:
To fulfill requests for product, service, platform functionality, support and internal operations information, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistics and survey purposes, and to solicit your feedback.
Providing our shopping functions and facilitating the purchase and delivery of products, goods and services, including sharing your information with merchants, payment and transaction fulfillment providers, and other service providers for the purpose of processing your order.
Personalize the content you see when you use the Platform. For example, we may serve you based on the country/region settings you select or show you content similar to what you like or interact with.
Send promotional materials, including via instant messaging or e-mail, by us or on behalf of our affiliates and trusted third parties.
Improvement and development of our platform and product development.
To measure and understand the effectiveness of the advertising and other content we provide to you and others and to deliver advertisements, including targeted advertisements, to you on the Platform.
To support the social features of the Platform, including by allowing you to connect with others (e.g., through our "Find a Friend" feature) and share with your friends whether you are active on the Platform (and other information you choose to share), to provide our messaging service if you choose to use it, to recommend accounts to you and others, and to allow you and others to share, download and otherwise interact with User Content posted through the Platform.
Enables you to participate in the Virtual Goods Program.
Engage you in interactive features of the platform, such as using your content in other users' videos.
Use User Content as part of our advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the Platform, invite you to events and promote trending topics, hashtags and events on the Platform.
Learn how you can use the platform, including cross-device use.
Extrapolate other information about you, such as your age range, gender and interests.
Help us detect and combat abuse, harmful activity, fraud, spam and illegal activity on our platform.
Ensure that content is presented in the most effective way for you and your device.
Promote the security of the Platform, including by scanning, analyzing and reviewing user content, messages and related metadata for violations of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or other conditions and policies.
Promote research by independent researchers who meet specific criteria.
Verify your identity or age.
Communicate with you, including notifying you of changes to our services.
If permitted by the promotion rules, announce you as the winner of our contest or promotion and send you any applicable prizes.
Enforce our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and other conditions and policies.
Align with your permissions to provide you with location-based services such as advertising and other personalized content.
Train and improving our technology, such as our machine learning models and algorithms.
Facilitates and complete sales, promotions and purchases of goods and services and provide user support.
How we share your information
We share your information with the following parties:
Business Partners
If you choose to register to use the Platform using your social network account details (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google), you will provide us with, or allow your social network to provide us with, your telephone number, email address, username and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network, such as your application ID, access token, and referring URL, and if you choose to allow a third party service to access your account, we will share certain information about you with that third party. Depending on the permissions you grant, the third party may be able to access your account information and other information you choose to provide.
When you choose to share content on a social media platform, the video, username, and accompanying text will be shared on that platform or, if shared via an instant messaging platform such as Whatsapp, a link to the content will be shared.
Service Provider
We provide information and content to service providers that support our business, such as cloud service providers and content review service providers, to ensure that the Platform is a safe and enjoyable place to be, as well as service providers that assist us in marketing the Platform.
Payment Processors and Transaction Fulfillment Providers: If you choose to purchase coins or conduct other payment-related transactions, we will share data with the relevant payment provider to facilitate this transaction. For coin transactions, we share the transaction ID so that we can recognize you and credit your account with the correct value of coins after you make a payment.
Analytics Providers: We use analytics providers to help us optimize and improve our platform. Our third-party analytics providers also help us deliver targeted advertising.
Advertisers, ad networks and measurement partners
We share information with advertisers and third-party measurement companies to show how many platform users and which users viewed or clicked on ads.
If you use the Loudove Lite version of Loudove, we share information with ad networks in order to show you personalized ads on the Loudove Lite app and other online platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties and the information practices of these third parties are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
Independent researchers
We share your information with independent researchers to facilitate research that meets specific criteria.
Our Corporate Group
We may also share your information with other members of our corporate group, subsidiaries or affiliates, including to provide the Platform, to improve and optimize the Platform, to prevent unauthorized use, and to provide support to users.
For legal reasons
We will share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities, or other organizations if required to do so by law, or if it is reasonably necessary to do so under the following circumstances
- Compliance with legal obligations, procedures or requirements;
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, policies and standards, including investigating any potential violations;
- Detecting, preventing or otherwise resolving security, fraud or technical problems; or
- To protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users, third parties or the public as required or permitted by law (including exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud prevention and credit risk reduction).
Public Information
Please note that if your profile is public, your content can be seen by anyone on the Platform, and may also be accessed or shared by your friends and followers, as well as by third parties such as search engines, content aggregators and news sites. Each time you upload a video, you can change who can see it. Alternatively, you can change your profile to your default private account by changing the setting to Private account in the Manage my account settings.
Sale, merger or other business transaction
We may also disclose your information to third parties:
If we sell or buy any business or assets (whether as a result of liquidation, bankruptcy or otherwise), in which case we will disclose your data to the prospective seller or buyer of that business or assets; or
If we sell, buy, merge, are acquired by or partner with another company or business, or sell some or all of our assets. In such transactions, user information may be among the transferred assets.
Merchants, payment and transaction fulfillment providers and other service providers
When you make a purchase through our shopping features, we share transaction-related information with merchants, payment and transaction fulfillment providers, and other service providers. For example, we may share order items, contact information, and shipping information in order to process your order. These entities may use the shared information in accordance with their privacy policies.
Where we store your information
Your information may be stored on servers outside of your country, such as in Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland and the United States. We maintain primary servers around the world in order to continue to provide our services to you on a global basis.
Your rights and choices
You have rights and choices regarding your information. Under applicable law, you may have certain rights, including the right to access, delete, update or correct your data, the right to be informed about the processing of your data, the right to file a complaint with the authorities, and possibly other rights. You may exercise your rights under applicable law by submitting a request at https://www.Loudove.id/#/question. You may appeal any decision we make in response to your request by following the instructions provided in the notice we send you. You can access and edit most of your profile information by logging into Loudove. You can delete user content that you have uploaded. We also provide a number of tools in Settings that allow you to control who can view your videos, send you messages, or comment on your videos. If you choose to do so, you can delete your entire account in Settings.
You can refuse or disable cookies by adjusting your device's browser settings; since each browser is different, please consult the instructions provided by your browser. Please note that you may need to take additional steps to reject or disable certain types of cookies; for example, because browsers and mobile apps function differently, you may need to take different steps to opt out of cookies used for targeted advertisements in your browser and to opt out of targeted advertisements in your mobile app, which you can control through your device settings or mobile app permissions. You can control these steps through your device settings or mobile application permissions. In addition, your opt-out choices are specific to the particular browser or device you are using to opt-out, so you may need to opt-out separately for each browser or device. If you choose to reject, disable, or delete cookies, some features of the Platform may no longer be available.
Security of your information
We take steps to ensure that your information is handled securely and in accordance with this policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. While we will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, for example through encryption, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted via the Platform; any transmission is at your own risk.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security that is commensurate with the varying likelihood and severity of risks to your rights and freedoms and those of other users. We maintain these technical and organizational measures and may modify them from time to time to improve the overall security of our systems.
From time to time, we may add links to the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to one of these sites, please be aware that these sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for these policies. Please review these policies before submitting any information to these sites.
How long we keep your information
We will retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform and for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain information for as long as necessary to comply with our contractual and legal obligations, when we have a legitimate business interest (such as improving and developing the Platform to make it safer, more secure and more stable) and to exercise or defend against legal claims.
Retention periods vary based on different criteria, such as the type of information and the purpose for which we use the information. For example, when we process your information (such as your profile information) to provide you with the Platform, we retain it for as long as you have an account. If you violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or other conditions or policies, we may immediately remove your Profile Information and User Content from public view, but may retain other information about you to address the violation.
Information relating to children and adolescents
Loudove is not intended for children under the age of 13. In some cases this age may be higher due to local regulatory requirements, please refer to your local supplement for more information. Face Recognition
The purpose is to inform users of the company's privacy protection measures related to the use of face recognition technology and to ensure that their privacy and data security are adequately safeguarded. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
1. Technical purpose
The Company's use of face recognition technology is limited to providing personalized services and identity verification functions for users. This technology will not be used for other unauthorized purposes.
2. Scope of information processing
In the course of using face recognition technology, the Company processes face data locally through the User's device to accomplish real-time authentication or service personalization. The user's face information is processed locally on the device only and is not uploaded to servers or other third-party platforms.
3. No user face information is stored
The Company adheres to a strict privacy policy and never stores or records users' face information. All face data processing takes place on the user's device and is deleted immediately after processing is complete, ensuring that the user's private information is not stored.
4. Data security
The company adopts the most advanced security technologies and measures to ensure the security of user data. Any data processing involving face recognition is carried out through encryption technology to prevent data leakage or illegal access.
5. User informed consent
When the user activates the face recognition function, the company will inform the user in advance of the purpose of use and data processing, and the user must explicitly agree to use the function. The user has the right to cancel the facial recognition function at any time.
6. User rights
The User has the right to request information from the Company regarding the processing of his/her face recognition data and to be informed about the process even though the Company does not store face information. In addition, the user has the right to disable the face recognition function at any time or to delete the relevant local data.
7. Revision and updating
The terms of this Agreement may be revised in accordance with laws and regulations or business needs. The Company will notify users prior to any revisions and ensure that all changes comply with the latest privacy protection standards.

Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy and posting the new Privacy Policy or providing any other notice required by applicable law. Your continued access to or use of the Platform after the date of the updated Policy will indicate your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop accessing or using the Platform.

We will process your request as quickly as possible. This does not affect your right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, if applicable.
Supplementary Provisions - Specific Jurisdictions
In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Supplemental Terms - Jurisdiction Specific relating to the jurisdiction in which you access or use the Services and the remainder of the Policy, the Supplemental Terms - Jurisdiction Specific of the relevant jurisdiction will supersede and have jurisdiction.
Indonesia
If you use our services in Indonesia, the following additional terms apply. In the event of any conflict between the following additional terms and the provisions of the body of this policy, the following terms shall prevail.
Age, Parental and Guardian Consent. By accessing and/or using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age or are married or unsupervised. If you are under 21 years of age and unmarried or unsupervised:
You must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian; and
Your parent or legal guardian is responsible for (i) all of your conduct while accessing and using the Platform; (ii) your compliance with this Policy; and (iii) ensuring that any of your participation in the Platform does not result in a violation of applicable laws and regulations relating to child protection.
If you do not have the consent of your parent or legal guardian and your parent or guardian does not wish to have an account opened in their name, you must stop accessing the Platform.
Your Choices. You can withdraw your consent to the disclosure of personal data by Loudove to third parties. Upon your request, we will stop displaying, publishing, transmitting, disseminating and/or opening access to your personal data to third parties. Please note that by withdrawing your consent to the disclosure and/or collection of your personal data, we may not be able to fulfill your request and you may not be able to use certain features of Loudove.
You may request that Loudove (i) disclose the history of the personal data we collect; and/or (ii) delete and dispose of your personal data that we collect on our servers. Please note that if you request us to delete and dispose of your personal data, you may not be able to use certain features of Loudove.

Notification. In the event of any personal data breach, we will notify you and provide you with information about such personal data breach.
Data Retention. We will retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. If we do not need your information to provide you with a service, we will only retain such data for as long as we have a legitimate business purpose for retaining it. However, there may be times when we retain such data for five (5) years (or longer as required) in accordance with our legal obligations or for as long as is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
After you terminate your use of our Platform and after the five (5) year retention period has expired, we will store your information in an aggregated and anonymized format. Non-personally identifiable information may be retained indefinitely for analysis.
